 Article 1

 
This group shall be called the Cranberry Valley 18-Hole Women's Golf Association and its purpose is to meet weekly for golf and related activities
 

 Article 2

Members must be yearly fee players of Cranberry Valley Golf Course.  Annual Dues are payable by December 15th.
 

 Article 3

The Officers of the Association shall consist of: President. Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Member-at-Large, who will be the outgoing President.  (No officer may hold the same office for more than two successive years except the Treasurer who may serve four years.)
 

 Article 4

President:  The President shall preside at all meetings of the Executive Board and the general membership and shall appoint the chairman for all standing committees.
 
Vice-President:  The Vice-President shall act in place of the President during any absence
 
Treasurer:  The Treasurer shall collect monies and keep complete records of all expenditures which have been approved by the Executive Board.
 
Secretary:  The Secretary shall be responsible for recording the minutes of all meetings.
 

 Article 5

Committees will consist of the following: Tournament, Handicap/Membership, Social, Sunshine, Publicity, Rules, Ringers-Birdies, Member-Guest, Mentors and Interclub, Invitational and Outings.  A Nominating Committee of three members shall be appointed by the President for the purpose of nominating a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.  The outgoing President will be the Member-at-Large.  The President may appoint other committees as needed.
 

 Article 6

Dues and other income collected from the membership shall be used only for activities involving 18-Hole Members.
 

 Article 7

Any female yearly player is eligible for membership in the 18-Hole CVWGA.  All members must be on the Cranberry Valley handicap system
 

 Article 8

These By-Laws may be amended, altered, or repealed at any meeting of the membership by not less than two-thirds vote of the members present.
 

 Article 9

Formers who pay a $2.00 membership fee may be Associate Members and able to participate in all social activities.
